I Am a Complex Combination of Chemical Elements

I am a complex combination of chemical elements, nothing more. The essential elements that make me live are carbon, calcium, iron, etc. Therefore, I consider myself as a man alive. In addition, other aspects that make me alive are that I can speak, I can remember and I can weep. For example, when I was three years old, I remember that I told my mom to bring me a new game and new shoes from the store. Later she brought me just the new game and I told her that I did not want this because I wanted the shoes too. She threatened to hit me. I was very scared, crying I hugged my grandmother and pointed to my mom. All the people who were in the room were laughing. For this example, I consider myself alive because I can remember, feel, etc.

However, my family is a good composition of humble relatives. They taught me that human beings come from God and God created everything else. They never taught me about the evolution process or where human beings come from scientifically. Furthermore, they always brought me to church because they wanted me to be a believer of the Lord God. According to my family, an intelligent man is someone who believes in God.

The Dominican Republic is a small country located in the Caribbean. I am proud to be Dominican because in this country was where I was born. I also say that in the Dominican Republic, I learned to separate the bad from the good with the help of my family, especially my grandmother. The majority of Dominicans also believe that human beings come from God and God created everything in this world. Additionally, the majority of Dominicans do not believe in the theory of evolution.

As many people have ambitions and goals, I have them. For example, I like food, especially when my mom cooks it with love. I also want to be a professional baseball player because I love baseball and I enjoy it. Therefore, I always play it. Another aspect that characterizes me as a unique individual is that I think that nobody loved my grandmother more than I loved her. I also have many qualities that characterize me as a unique individual such as I am honest, kind, humble, passive, etc.

Finally, in fifty years I will be sixty eight years old. I do not know if I will be an important person, but I hope so. I would like to have children and be a grandfather. Also, I would like to be a mechanical or electrical engineer or a baseball player to support all my family and give advice to my children or my grandchildren. I sincerely hope that all my relatives will still be alive.
